The Aflac National Selection Tour presented by Mizuno USA

The Aflac All-American Selection Tour is a multi-city tour that travels to MLB and MiLB stadiums across the country to announce players selected as members of the Aflac All-American High School Baseball Game East and West Teams. At each tour stop, the local area All-American players are accompanied by MLB stars in a pre-game ceremony and honored with an on-field presentation. The players' selection is announced and they are presented with a commemorative Mizuno bat and game jersey.

This year, the Selection Tour will begin in Los Angeles at Dodger Stadium where players from the Southern California area will be announced as participants in the game. The Selection Tour has become a successful trademark of the Game, generating buzz around future MLB stars and creating a special moment where they are publicly recognized for their achievements.

For the third consecutive year, Coaches Curing Kids' Cancer is the official beneficiary of the Aflac National Selection Tour. Aflac is making a donation to Coaches Curing Kids' Cancer in honor of each of the Aflac All-American's high school baseball coaches. Each coach will receive a Coaches Curing Kids' Cancer t-shirt and a personalized certificate honoring them for their dedication and inspiration. Coaches Curing Kids' Cancer is the flagship program of Curing Kids' Cancer, which is dedicated to funding research into cutting edge treatments for childhood cancer. Player Selection Process

The Aflac All-American High School Baseball Game is a showcase which consists of the nation's top 38 rising senior high school baseball players who are selected in partnership with Perfect Game USA. Aflac All-Americans are selected not only based on their talent on-field, but also based on their behavior in the classroom and in their communities. Aflac All-Americans must be in good academic standing and display redeeming qualities off the field that embody the ideals of the sport of baseball including discipline, determination and hard work.
